Many thanks to inspire fitness coaches Sarah Draper and lee Lee Idzi for helping me to improve my running. Since joining bootcamp I have improved my running times. 5k pb by 2 minutes 10 k by 3 minutes and half marathon by 8 minutes. Goes to prove that stronger legs = stronger running!! Looking forward to attending many more classes through the winter months!! X

Massive thankyou to Inspire coaches for fantastic bootcamps over the past few months & to Lee Idzi for continuing to push me in personal training. Before doing this kind of training I was running 10min miles and a max distance of 6miles….sunday i achieved what I thought was impossible and ran a half marathon averaging 8min30 miles. Strengthening of the legs has definitely been key! Thankyou again! Looking fwd to improving again for the next one! x

Lindsay Jones-WilliamsTraining for the Virgin London Marathon was never going to be easy. I had limited knowledge about pre marathon training and little confidence in my ability to complete it. I had, however, the great pleasure and privilege to train along side Sarah Draper of Inspire coaching. Not only has Sarah helped me train physically over the last 6 months, through long runs and endurance training but has also helped me develop my own self believe and self-growth.
Sarah’s commitment, support, depth of knowledge and enthusiasm made every training day exciting. Every session was well prepared and thought out. Changing the routes, making it more interesting, and varying the intensity. Which helped me gain strength and speed. As the training developed my running improved, running stronger and faster.
I managed to not only complete the Virgin London Marathon but also shave 10 minutes of what I thought I could achieve.
Recommending Sarah Draper cannot come highly enough if you are looking to improve your running.

Katrina CrimmingsBefore I joined Inspire Fitness I was overweight and generally unhappy with my health and well being. The coaches at Inspire have helped me lose weight, inches and tone up my body. I attend about 4 different classes a week and also have Personal Training Sessions, by doing this with the help and encouragement of the trainers I completed a half marathon and I am now training towards a 200 mile bike ride and mini triathlon. I have made many new friends through attending Inspire and feel like we are a supportive community all striving towards the fitness goals we have.

Anderton FamilySarah I am writing to thank you and the other trainers at Inspire Fitness Coaching for making such a positive difference to me and my family. Since joining Inspire we have discovered together as a family, a new lease of life. We have got off the couch and have all become leaner and fitter. We love the variety of support on offer which means there is something for all of us, myself and my hubby and our 15 year old previously Play station addicted son. Individual support plans mean that we now have a lifestyle that includes healthy eating and exercise. Thank you so much we would not have been able to have achieved all of this without Inspire.
